Ferrari Fantasy Weekend Contest Rules & Regulations
No purchase necessary. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. All entries must be complete to be valid. Number and estimated retail value of prizes: 1- Grand Prize consisting of a weekend vacation for two at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia, including a day with the Ferrari Club of America driving a Ferrari 360 Challenge Car with an instructor, accommodations at the Bavarian Inn room and meals at the Bavarian Inn ($2,500 estimated value). Total prizes available: 1. Estimated total retail value: $2,500. Entries must be received by 5 pm on February 14, 2003 at the www.telestategies.com/theclub or by 5pm at TeleStrategies OSS World 2003, February 20, 2003, at the Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA. . Winners will be determined at a drawing at 5pm on Wednesday, February 20, 2003, at TeleStrategies OSS World 2003. In order to be eligible for the contest, entrants must be TeleStrategies Service Providers Club Members. Club membership is free. The only requirement for membership is that the entrant must be a current employee of a telecommunications service provider (BOC, IXC, CLEC, independent telecom, international or wireless carrier, cable operator, or ISP). There is no obligation associated with club membership. In addition, to drive the Ferrari 360 Challenge, you must have a valid drivers license, no known physical or mental impairments that could jeopardize yourself or other racetrack participants, be accompanied at all times by a driving instructor, agree to abide by Ferrari Club of America and/or Ferrari of Washington Touring Group Track Rules, and sign a release waver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. No employees of TeleStrategies or their families are eligible. Only one entry per person. Actual odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received. One prize will be drawn from all the entries. The prize will be awarded. Entrants must be present at the drawing to win. Void where prohibited by law. No substitutions will be allowed and prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash or other consideration. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and receipt, and a release, including a grant of permission to use winners' photos in promotional advertising.
